Our practicum-based educational curriculum ensures our students are prepared to thrive in the real world.

We are building an interdisciplinary, community-oriented, and practicum-based approach to real estate development education that is focused on community building, placemaking, and design. We currently offer six graduate-level courses and a graduate certificate in real estate development and design
