Jason Kogok is the founder of Investor’s Wealth Education, Hemlock Realty, LLC, and several real estate investment ventures. Since launching his career in 2003 as a real estate broker, he has built one of the top-performing real estate teams in North Carolina’s Triangle region while also developing a successful investment portfolio and expanding his work in real estate consulting. His expertise spans real estate finance, investment analysis, development strategy, applied economics, and long-term wealth creation through property ownership and asset diversification.

Jason currently serves as a Lecturer at NC State University, where he teaches graduate-level courses in the Pappas Real Estate Development program, including Applied Real Estate Economics and Real Estate Finance & Decision-Making. He also serves as the faculty advisor for both the NC State Real Estate Club and the Construction & Development Club. In addition, Jason is the creator of the Building Wealth Seminar, recognized by the American Apartment Owners Association as the #1 real estate investment seminar in the country, and the best-selling author of Plug the Holes, Fill the Barrel, a widely recognized real estate investing resource.

Jason’s educational background includes extensive study in business entrepreneurship, construction management, and real estate finance. He is deeply passionate about education, mentorship, and helping others achieve financial independence, and considers working with NC State students the most rewarding part of his professional career – second only to being a devoted husband and father.
