What is Day of Giving?

Launched in 2019, NC State’s Day of Giving has become a proud Wolfpack tradition. This annual, daylong fundraising unites the Wolfpack community together for 24 hours of friendly competition, fun challenges, and, of course, #GivingPack — all to make a difference for our students, faculty, research, programs, and more.

Many gifts made go to work immediately, supporting scholarships, helping students meet basic needs, fueling research, and enhancing campus programs. This year, your gift to the Pappas Program Enhancement Fund invests in meaningful student experiences, enables us to conduct critically important research, and supports our statewide engagement work.

There are a variety of ways that our alumni, students, staff, donors, industry partners, and friends can support the Pappas Program on Day of Giving and beyond:

  • Guest lecture in a class to share your real-world expertise
