Placemaking By Design: The Legal Framework of Placemaking

Join us on April 10th for ‘The Legal Framework of Placemaking,’ the fourth event in our Placemaking by Design series. Hear from the experts: Mitchell Silver, former NYC Parks Commissioner and current Raleigh City Council member, will discuss the impact of comprehensive planning on placemaking. Mack Paul, partner with Morningstar Law Group and instructor of Real Estate Law with NC State, will examine how North Carolina law influences the creation of vibrant public spaces.
This event will take place at the Raleigh Founded cafe inside Partners Building I on Centennial Campus. Free parking will be available at the Oval West Parking Deck directly behind Partners Building I. Once inside, you can validate your vehicle’s license plate.
