North Carolina’s Public Broadcasting Station (PBSNC) has been located at 10 UNC-TV Drive, on a 100-acre parcel of land in the heart of the Research Triangle Park for the past 32 years. Under a sponsored research agreement, The Initiative partnered PBSNC to complete a real estate development assessment and ideation study to consider relocation at four different locations.
